Changes in your breast

Onset of endless fatigue
A very common physical change that women experience during onset of pregnancy is fatigue. You may find that you get tired too easily. Your body might crave for more sleep. It is quite logical to feel this way as most of your energy is being consumed by your body for other purposes relating to pregnancy. During such times, it is not advisable to push your body to its maximum limits instead of ensuring rest. This condition of fatigue may persist for 12 weeks after which you will feel active again.
Heightened sense of smell leading to nausea
Another common symptom experienced during pregnancy is nausea. You will find that you have become very sensitive to smells around you. You may not always like what you smell thus making you want to retch. Your entire body might feel uncomfortable owing to your heightened sense of smell. It is said that making women sensitive to smell during pregnancy is a way of keeping them safe from spoilt food. This condition is to keep you from old food which acts as a carrier of several harmful toxins to the baby.
